Car Parking

Complimentary car parking is available for conference delegates in the allocated car parks on campus. These are car parks 7, 8, 8a, 9, 10 and 15.

Pre-registration for parking is required which can be done online by clicking here. You will be required to register and download a parking permit for the conference. This permit will then need to be displayed in the window of your vehicle.

Disabled parking spaces are available within all car parks and are located close to the entrance of the main building. Please inform us if you require a disabled car parking space (for blue badge holders only).

As a University campus, from time to time, the car parks listed above become full. When this happens alternative parking, which you will be directed to, will be available. We advise that you allow sufficient time for up to a fifteen minute walk to get to your destination on the Conference Park from the car parks as some of the car parks are not adjacent to the registration and meeting rooms. The University encourages conference attendees to consider car sharing or public transport where possible.
